Love and value yourself so sternly that you do not falter or sway in character from someone else's words or actions.

Words are powerful, sure. But everyone knows actions speak and cry the loudest truths.

Know. Your. Values.

Be clear and consistent in what you stand for at your core. The world is full of shimmery, tempting distractions in which anyone can get sucked into believing. A clown without face paint is just a man in costume.

Know. Your. Heart.

Where love flows, life grows. When we pour love into what we do, say, and think… our universe becomes a sanctuary. Everything the heart feels is real. It pumps blood through our delicate veins, bringing life to every inch and limb of us.

Even as a nearly 30 year-old young woman, I'm still navigating these pinnacles in life. I am human, too, and must remind myself of them all the time. I am guilty of falling into cycles where I perhaps stray from what feels right, but I always bounce back! What a beautiful thing it is to look back and witness how millions of experiences, good and bad, have shaped us…

• Being consistently positive doesn't mean you're smiling all the time. It is the knowing and faith that you WILL smile again.

• Being consistently positive does not look like easy, relaxing days all the time. It is working really hard sometimes because GREAT THINGS TAKE TIME, and effort.

• Being consistently positive is not always waking up to a peaceful world. It is seeing our world for what it could be, and learning what you CAN DO personally to be a good influence.

• Being consistently positive is not being in a great mood 24/7. It is mastering how to SURF THE UPS AND DOWNS with as little damage/harm to others as possible. And therapy never hurt either :)

A lot has changed in the last few years. Personally, professionally, emotionally, mentally...everything. One thing I'm certain of, is that I don't want the journey to end.

Let 2023 be a year of new love, growth, clarity, and vision.
